BUSU’s Print Shop has been proud to bring students the most affordable printing on campus for many years! We also offer rates for BU faculty & staff, and are happy to print for members of the Brandon community as well! How to Print with BUSU’s Print Shop

  1. Send a PDF copy of your print job over email to print@busu.ca.

  2. Head to the BUSU office on the 1st floor of the KDC building to pick up your printing!

Pro Tip: In your request you should include: 

  • the paper size

  • paper type

  • black & white or color ink

  • single or double sided

  • the number of copies you want

  • We are able to print in black ink on a variety of paper sizes, weights, and colours.

  • We are able to scan documents onto a variety of paper sizes, weights, and colours. Please refer to our printing cost guide below for a complete list of all our options!

  • Our printer is capable of automatic stapling after printing, saving you time and making printing booklets easy! Please refer to our printing cost guide below for a complete list of all our options!

  • Our print shop is home to a spiral binding machine, which can bind booklets up 250 pages. Please email print@busu.ca to learn more about our binding services and rates.

  • Looking to print some pamphlets or brochures? BUSU’s printer is capable of automatically bi-folding and tri-folding documents in a variety of paper sizes, colours, and weights. Please email print@busu.ca to learn more about our folding services and rates
